About The Project

Outside-the-Box Solutions

Parrot Fish Studio has consistently worked for Zoo Miami since 2010. Developing graphics for a zoo involves much more than traditional advertising, marketing, membership campaigns. From rebranding a zoo to launching a new exhibit area to developing mascots for the zoo, it involves unique and highly developed skill sets. We have been fortunate to be able to use our talents in a broad way at Zoo Miami.

About The Project

Building excitement through branding.

Zoos are critical components of a community. They serve as a safe place for families to gather and share while learning about the critical animals that surround us. Brand and program logos help to focus customer engagement to enhance the critical messaging.

About The Project

Illustrations add color

and vibrancy to the zoo.

There were a few times when we decided to use illustrations for certain projects. We felt that the illustrations added a uniqueness to the marketing & advertising collateral. Illustrations were for the limited edition posters given out during Pink Days at the zoo; For educational lesson plan templates, for exterior signage for the Gift Shop in the front entry plaza and probably our most time consuming and challenging project, but oh so rewarding, zoo guide map. It literally took over a year of work, but we really were able to elevate the look of the map from a very flat, geometric map, to a map with a lot of depth.
